Models

First of all let me explain the arrangement, this is not a paying gig. I do
not expect to be paid for my photography services and I will not be hiring
models. I am doing this for my own practice and to gain experience working
with human subjects. As a model you would not be financially compensated. I
will provide you with a CD of your pictures and of course the experience you
gain from modeling and possibly some exposure on my website.

Prints will be made available ay my cost, zero markup!

I am an amateur nature photographer however I am trying to expand my working
potential at this point. I may begin photographing people for business
reasons at some point but at this point I am doing it for the experience and
practice. I think this will sharpen my skills in other areas of photography
as well.

I will be shooting in digital format, so all pictures will be digital. I
will provide a CD containing the photos to you. The camera is a
six-megapixel unit; I've seen lesser resolution cameras do magazine covers.
So I would say one could probably make a nice 8x10 print. I will also be
keeping the images for my purposes, building my portfolio, use on my website
and possibly just practice with photoshop.

I am mostly planning on doing headshot work but I do not plan on limiting my
work to that. I will shoot plenty of shots however the model wishes, poses,
props, etc. I will also need to shoot plenty of shots using my ideas. I will
not press any ideas that make anyone uncomfortable, nor will I shoot any
that make me uncomfortable. I would like to do some studio type work and
some outdoor work.

My studio by the way, consists of my apartment and some cheap lighting, it's
not fancy by any means. I will travel as well, within Kansas City limits. I
will be accompanied by a female friend of mine for any work done in my
residence or the models residence. 

I am not looking for any specific type to photograph; I will photograph
almost anybody that agrees to my terms and provide him or her with a photo
CD. I will not be using everybody I photograph on my site. If I don't use
you on my site it's not an insult. 

I am pretty flexible and open minded with what I'm willing to shoot. However
all shots I actually use for my purposes will be of good taste. I am by no
means a professional studio photographer; this will be a very informal
setting. I am laid back and will be providing a very relaxed environment.

I will not be photographing children, for the simple reason I don't know
how. Children require  certain skills I have yet to attain. All models will
be 18 and older. All models will have to sign a model release form.
